Hello I’m Myke Iorio the head coach of the IYSA Force Bulldogs.
Coaching has been a life changing experience for me.
I coach because I have a passion for the sport and I would like to pass that passion along to others. As a parent with three daughters I decided to get involved early at the U6 level. Growing up playing organized soccer, hockey, football, & baseball you can say I always had the itch for competitive sports.
I have been coaching for 8 years & hold an F license through FYSA.
Our teams currently play in the BYSL (Brevard Youth Soccer League) competitive league. Practices are held twice a week. Our teams use guest technical trainers (Mike Lord/ Melbourne High School Girls), Guest strength & conditioning trainers along with guest keeper trainers throughout the season.
My coaching philosophy is simple.
Build a better player & team through motivation, confidence, camaraderie, and skill teaching. Have the player get as many touches on the ball as possible during practices. Keep practices fun, simple, & flowing.
As the head coach, its my job to make every player confident enough to compete at the highest level.
Currently we have a an amazing group of players who enjoy the game of soccer. They are proud to be Bulldogs.
